You need to know that you can't talk yourself out of a panic attack and you can't force yourself out of it. First of all remember to keep calm. what you feel is normal. Don't fight it. just let it pass, And believe me that it will.

1. Sleep well - This will help reduce the exhaustion. Make sure the room is dark.
2. Avoid caffeine completely (cafe and tee) - The caffeine is a stimulant. When you experience panic attack your body release "adrenalin" which is the body's natural stimulant. So you need to make sure you wont add even more stimulants to it. This apply also to chocolate, energy drinks and sugar. Eat healthy food.
3. Understand what is the stress center of your life - This is a very important treatment because Stress is the number one cause of panic attack. Understand what cause the stress in your life (work, relationship etc.) and than change it or change the the way you approach it.
